About Me

As a dedicated and eager individual who understands the importance and need for team work ,I am enormously interested in producing art in my work. I have done extensive research into urban foraging and whole food cooking. I am particularly excited in the ability to discover new culinary trends and styles as well as improve on my own skills. I have discovered a profound importance of farm to table techniques and ocean to table techniques and the philosophy’s that follow them. I find these techniques deeply intriguing and hugely beneficial in terms of skill and technique. I have worked with similar systems and styles. I have found this has grown my knowledge and experience exceptionally, as well as helping me to aid in growing my respect for the products. I hope to be able to work alongside a team of people who are as passionate as me, as well as closely with the sources available. I hope to learn and gain new techniques, styles and philosophy’s. The knowledge and guidance I hope to achieve while I expand my skills set, I believe, will be hugely beneficial to grow me in character and knowledge while I want to be able to contribute in a similar manner to the existing scope of knowledge of cooking.
